In order to match the growing market demand and keep on rising satisfaction level to customers, our foundry decided to increase production capacity from end of 2020 and have already paid for a new 5000KW electricity line and two 6T furnaces imported from the US. One more 25T sand mix machine, one milling machine and other additional production equipment such as ingredients feeding machines, hanger bridge cranes and shot blasting machines are also on the purchasing list.
The project will be completed by June 2021 and will lead to a increase of at least 500 tons of castings production capacity per month. The maximum single casting weight feasible can also be increased to 43 tons.
